Bad EGR Flap chew wings away on turbo or jams the turbo and the wings stays intact.

Sympthom on this Renault Master is loss of power and check injection light, turbo failure. It's a common fault..

This is also the same van as the Nissan NV400 and Opel Movano.

Models: All the single turbo models running a mahle cooler will do it eventually, modified cooler is made by beru. Perhaps 9/10 you will be lucky and the flap will just jam the turbo but there is always the one time that will destroy it.

The roof itself has a fiberglass frame that slots inside the van and goes to the outside also. Josh is not using it as a bed but more for head room so he can have a higher garage and still put the bed in the garage roof with loads of head room.


Josh bought it off a closed down camper company and fitted it himself so basically it cost him about £1000 wich was the price of the roof (sca 194 roof new, they are £4500 for the specification that Josh is)

I have noticed that the cargo space in my Citroen Jumper L3H2 2014 tilts forward just over 2cm per meter. You who built a bed across the boxer jumper ducato, have now built it in wave or after the beam?


Answer: Check if it level when fully loaded and make the angle after your weight.

Scopema Swivel seat base for Nissan NV400, Opel Movano, Renault Master 2016 etc. They have for older version 2009 also.

It's tested an approved (EU standard) for mouting in new cars and so on. So no problem with the mandatory inspections.

There might be a "tricks" the switch. Some have disconnected the switch and solved it, but might help to lock the keys inside.
