These seat covers look great if you ask me! The squares,  called diamond stitch, probably help against getting too hot. Makes it breath better I guess.

K. Brown has switched to this covers in his Renault Master. This is the same chairs as in Opel Movano.

"5ft 9in is the maximum load width i.e. the width across the floor of the van. However there is also three inches either side of that at mid height. At van mid-height it is over 6ft 3" across. With 25mm celotex and 9mm ply this reduced it to 6ft 1"" - A. Lawson

There are no holes in the seat for setting this headrest. Also one of the seat belt is mounted in the wall..

Bad EGR Flap chew wings away on turbo or jams the turbo and the wings stays intact.

Sympthom on this Renault Master is loss of power and check injection light, turbo failure. It's a common fault..

This is also the same van as the Nissan NV400 and Opel Movano.

Models: All the single turbo models running a mahle cooler will do it eventually, modified cooler is made by beru. Perhaps 9/10 you will be lucky and the flap will just jam the turbo but there is always the one time that will destroy it.

The roof itself has a fiberglass frame that slots inside the van and goes to the outside also. Josh is not using it as a bed but more for head room so he can have a higher garage and still put the bed in the garage roof with loads of head room.


Josh bought it off a closed down camper company and fitted it himself so basically it cost him about £1000 wich was the price of the roof (sca 194 roof new, they are £4500 for the specification that Josh is)
